St.Animal Pet Adoption’s (S.A.P.A) vision is to re-home all adoptable pets from our local shelter and eventually be able to assist shelters in other communities with placement of their adoptable pets. We plan to have education and community assistance programs enacted to assist and educate citizens around us on the proper care and control of their pets. It is our vision that thru community efforts more pets will remain in homes or be placed in permanent residences.
Here at S.A.P.A. we have a mission. We have partnered with the local animal control and area businesses to aid in the placement of homeless pets. At S.A.P.A., all pets are altered prior to placement to avoid accidental and undesired litters. We plan to enact a program to assist the community with financial assistance for spaying or neutering of their pets. Due to the size of our community we feel that with a good education program and offering resources to those in need we will be able to put a dent in the intake of animals at our shelter and will in turn be able to assist other partnering shelters. St.Animal Pet Adoptions is located in an area where residency changes frequently. As more people pass through our community our scope of educating and assisting widens. The resources we offer range from referrals of pet food pantries, current cost effective vaccine and surgical programs, pet friendly housing, and if available, to give temporary assistance to residents in our area. With combined efforts of everyone we plan to instill the importance of advocacy for something you believe in and volunteering for a community.
